Stocks trading used to be purely auction based, filling loads of paper forms and signing bonds with the proprietor.

Then times changed. Media took over, TV news channels telecasted news all day, published the prices on news and we used to call our broker to place a Buy or Sell trade as per the news. Profits flowed from the impatient to patient traders.

Today the scenario is changed. Computer age stepped in, money flows with speed of Shooting Star. Before we can blink our eyes, the price will be already moved to some undesired levels. Basic things are same, it's Money, its Buying and Selling, all formulae remain intact at their place.

Definitely the moving averages, timeframes, retracements, retrievals, price action, volumes of money, Fibonacci, Williams, convergence, divergence, support, resistance, all standing at their places. Yet who worked hard since their childhood, learnt things in schooling, find it difficult to catch up the Shooting Star price movements. Many come and go. 95% of us follow the 5% working population. And when it comes to trading, same figures are sighted. 95% will quit and only 5% stand in trading business. For 95% it becomes, 'Grapes are Sour', only 5% enjoy the 'Sweet Grapes'.

TRADITIONAL BUSINESS:

In traditional Business, the Investor/Businessman pays heavy amount of money by purchasing shop or takes shop on rent. Though there's no guarantee when the money spent on shop will be recovered. Then the Businessman pays for the products purchases, those will be kept in the Shop. After the Shop is filled with products, the income is the commission from the products that the manufacturing companies leave for the wholesale dealers and retail shopkeepers. This commission is usually between 2% to 10% which shopkeeper will sell to customers.

Suppose purchase price of the Shop is 30,00,000/- and the products kept in shop is costing 5,00,000/-

The Average commission from products sold in month is 4%

i.e 4% of 5,00,000/- = 20,000/- is monthly income

Whereas, the total money invested was 30,00,000 + 5,00,000 = 35,00,000

Now, the invested money to income percentage growth = 0.57% per month, i.e. 20,000

Here we get you 5% monthly growth on your invested amount.
